SCROLL DOWN

Mentoring

Community Souls mentoring programme is designed to improve the well-being and intellect of a young person.
Through 1:1 and group sessions, we aim to develop their social, personal and educational abilities. Our mentor’s role within the programme is to work with the young person to set personal goals and support them in achieving them. They work as a team to record and monitor the progression and achievements.

PRU Quote

"We have struck up a strong bond with Rickardo from Community Souls who leads a robust mentoring programme with our male students. Empathy is at the heart of all sessions. The students feel understood, unjudged and really value the guidance given, particularly with advice given for post 16 education. The weekly sessions are an integral part the pastoral care given at the school for these young men and we, as a body of staff, learn a lot from Rickardo in how to guide male students from a particular background and with specific experiences."
